Please note that on the site of the “Online Payment Service” there are different mechanisms of payment by bank cards issued by Russian or foreign banks. If you choose the option of payment by Russian bank card, you will not be able to pay by a foreign bank card, the service will generate an error. If you choose the option of payment with a foreign bank card, you will not be able to pay with a Russian bank card, the service will also generate an error. Be careful when choosing to avoid inconveniences while using the service.

From above, in the site header, you can switch between the language versions of the “Online Payment Service”. Currently, the site supports the following languages: Russian, English. The functionality and rules of the service remain identical when changing the language.
